Our Quality Policy
QUADDYNAMICS provides a comprehensive range of engineering and project management services to the Oil & Gas, Mining, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Construction, and Power Generation sectors in Nigeria, aiming to implement projects both locally and internationally.
We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective engineering solutions to meet our customers’ needs and expectations.
We adhere to regulatory and statutory requirements and align with ISO 9001:2015, which serves as a framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives and policies. Each process head will develop these objectives, which will be approved by top management.
QUADDYNAMICS commits to regularly monitoring our performance and continually improving our services and Quality Management System. This policy will be reviewed for suitability during management review meetings.
Aligned with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, this quality policy is prominently displayed within the company premises to ensure it is visible and understood by all staff. It is also accessible to interested parties through the company website.
Scope of our Quality Management System
QUADDYNAMICS has determined the scope (boundaries and their applicability) of its Quality Management System.
QUADDYNAMICS offers a wide range of engineering and project management services to Oil & Gas, Mining, petrochemical, manufacturing, construction and power generation companies in Nigeria with the aim of implementing more projects locally and internationally.
Its scope of services includes Detailed Engineering Design to Construction follow-up engineering and construction supervision services, from the initial design phases through installation, commissioning and support including conceptual studies through Front End Engineering Design (FEED).
For the effectiveness of its Quality Management System, QUADDYNAMICS has determined processes such as Top Management; Administration/HR; Quality; Health Safety & Environment; Engineering; Procurement; and Finance.
QUADDYNAMICS has applied all the requirements of this International Standard where applicable and has demonstrated adequate implementation.
In line with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, thisĀ scope statementĀ is available to and understood by all staff and is available to all interested parties via the company website.
The physical boundary of this scope is the head office of QuadDynamics Limited at 107 Moret House, Ikorodu Road, Fadeyi, Lagos and client locations where QuadDynamics Limited operates.
